2024 TRAINING PROGRAMS

The Tely 10 committee is pleased to offer 12-week training programs for walkers and beginner and intermediate-level runners. Jason White, a Personal Trainer and long-time runner, designed the 2024 programs.

The Telegram will publish the Beginner program outline on Thursday, March 28, 2024. Beginning on Saturday, March 30, 2024, the Telegram will print the Weekly Workout Schedule each Saturday.

All training programs will also be available on this site on Saturday, March 30, 2024.
