The NLAA/Tely 10 is pleased to announce our support for the work of the Community Food Sharing Association.

During this year´s Tely, food bin receptacles will be placed in the The Re/Max Centre (St. John´s Curling Club) during the Race kit pick-up on Thursday 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM and Saturday 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Donated food items will be distributed by the Community Food Sharing Association to local food banks throughout the province.

We are asking all of our race participants to consider donating non-perishable foods and/or a loonie/toonie to the Community Food Sharing Association.

Here is a list of the most needed non-perishable items by the Community Food Sharing Association:

  • milk (canned or powdered)
  • beans
  • cereal
  • peanut butter
  • jam
  • canned meat (flakes of ham/turkey, corned beef, etc.)
  • canned fish
  • canned fruit and vegetables
  • cheese spreads
  • canned soups and stews
  • pasta and pasta sauce
  • macaroni and cheese
  • juice
  • flour
  • sugar
  • coffee
  • tea and hot chocolate.

End of In-Person Registration

Year 2013 marks the end of in-person registration. To improve race management and meet the growing needs of the race, Tely 10 organizers will no longer offer in-person registration. Online registration will be the only option to register for the race. The typical practice of Thursday evening Registration has been discontinued.
