Start Line Information
  • Competition number must be clearly displayed on front of person.
  • Computerized timing chip must be securely fastened in shoelace
  • A 20 minute warning signal will be given by the Start Coordinator, at which time all participants should remove warm-up clothing and proceed to the starting corrals.
  • At 10 minutes before the start, a second warning signal will be given. All participants should now be in the starting corrals.
  • Runners/Walkers should enter only the corral of their anticipated finishing time.
  • Only competitive runners expecting to run the race in less than 60 minutes should occupy the front corral. Runners expecting to run the race under 65 minutes should occupy the next corral and so on.
  • All other participants should line up behind the signs indicating expected finishing time. Example: 60 - 65 minutes: 65 - 70 minutes
  • Please exercise due caution at the start of the race especially as you cross the timing mats at the Start Line. You must step on those mats in order for your time to be recorded.

  • Once the race is underway and the crowd thins out, stay on the right hand side of the road at all times.

Please avoid crowding at the start - this is a 10 mile race!!

No Saturday Registration

To improve race management, beginning in 2010, the Saturday´s in-person race registration will no longer be available. We will still offer Saturday race kit´s pick-up but strongly encourage all participants to take advantage of the online or mail-in registration.

Digital Finisher´s Certificate

Going Green! The Tely 10 Committee is pleased to announce that Achievement Certificates are going GREEN! To reduce the carbon footprint and impact on the environment, starting in 2010, traditional paper certificates will no longer be mailed out. Instead, digital certificates will be available for download.
