Team Competitions:: Battle of the Badges
Eligibility
All participants must be a member of any one of the following organizations:
- Fire Fighters of Newfoundland and Labrador, including volunteer Fire Fighters
- The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary
- The Royal Canadian Mounted Police
- HM Penitentiary Correctional Officers
- The Canadian Forces
- Sheriff´s Office
Scoring and Award
The fastest five runners will score, but the entire team is the winning team. They will be the ones to proudly display the perpetual trophy.
Rules
- There is no fee to enter a team.
- A team is comprised of five runners or more.
- The first five finishers are to score. Teams that have less than 5 runners finishing the race will not be ranked.
- Team Scoring is based on each athlete´s gender finishing position.
- A runner can enter in one team only.
- A runner can compete in one Team Category only (i.e. Corporate Team Awards, Open Team Awards, NLAA Club Awards, Battle of the Badges).
- Tely 10 Team forms can only be submitted after all team members have been individually registered in the race and a race number has assigned to each team member. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
- Team members must be declared by Thursday, July 22, 2010, on the Official Tely 10 Team Entry Form. Team forms will also be available at Registration Desk, during the In-Person registration on Thursday, July 22, 2010.

No Saturday Registration
To improve race management, beginning in 2010, the Saturday´s in-person race registration will no longer be available. We will still offer Saturday race kit´s pick-up but strongly encourage all participants to take advantage of the online or mail-in registration.
Digital Finisher´s Certificate
Going Green! The Tely 10 Committee is pleased to announce that Achievement Certificates are going GREEN! To reduce the carbon footprint and impact on the environment, starting in 2010, traditional paper certificates will no longer be mailed out. Instead, digital certificates will be available for download.
