The 85th Tely 10 Mile Road Race is organized by
the Newfoundland and Labrador Athletics Association (NLAA).
All proceeds raised from the 85th Annual Tely 10 Road Race benefit NLAA programs.

Finishing Medals and Race T-Shirt

Finishing Medals - All finishers receive a finishing medal!
Register before June 30th, 11:59 pm, to select your T-shirt size. All T-shirts are unisex!

Placing and Awards (Gun Time OR Chip Time)

Gun Time is the official time. All race placing awards are based on GUN TIME - the time from the start of the race (gun) to when you cross the finish line as per IAAF, Athletics Canada, USATF, AIMS and International Awards standards.
The Chip timing is purely for personal interest to track runner´s personal performance. Chip times will be shown in the results.


Headphones

Due to legal liability, race participants are advised to NOT bring headphones or other music devices with them to the race. Runners should not wear headphones so that they can run safely for themselves and fellow Tely 10 participants!


Runners Receive
  • A quality race organization with traffic marshals at all intersections along the route
  • Water stations at four locations along the course and refreshments at the end.
  • Online digital Certificate of Participation, showing finishing position and time.
  • A souvenir Tely 10 T-shirt.
  • A Finishing Medal!

  • An individual award if placing in the top three in age category.

2012 Tely 10 Training Program

A 12-week training program for beginner and intermediate level runners is coming soon. The programs are designed by Jason White, Personal Trainer!

No Saturday Registration

To improve race management, beginning in 2010, the Saturday´s in-person race registration will no longer be available. We will still offer Saturday race kit´s pick-up but strongly encourage all participants to take advantage of the online or mail-in registration.
